Mr. Jay Jagtani (Director Operation), An Indian national, joined Services Air August 2003, after graduating from the University of Mumbai in Economics and Business Administration. During his tenure with Services Air he has involved with the Airline's Strategic Operation Planning in senior positions for over 5 years. His responsibilities at various stages included flight planning, Route planning, operational activity, warehouse management Planning and Network management with the aircraft at each and every destination of Services air. Mr. Jay Jagtani has meticulously coordinated the various activities leading to the setting-up of the vehicle maintenance for road transportation activities and Fleet Expansion and Acquisition along with special projects and assignments on behalf of the Company. He is also responsible for all functional activities related to In-flight Services & Crew Services for both domestic and international operations. His achievements are reflected by the spectacular growth in the flight network and of the operations of the Company and his contribution have helped the Company maintain its 'Most Preferred Airline' status, due to the high quality of its product, convenient flight timings and connections, the innovative flight operation programs.
