Mr. Mukendi Kalenga, (Director Explotation), a Congolese national, joined Services Air in December 1995 and is currently responsible for Airport Services function of the network, Control tower Relations and Airport worker Training. He is specialist in Ground support has over 13 years of experience in Airlines activities, here he has managed the airport operations and services as Airport In charge in Services Air. He has also responsible for setting up and heading the Services Air line Integrated Operations Control Centre. This centre is responsible for managing the day to day running of operations all over Dem. Rep. of Congo. Before joining Services Air, he was an officer in the Civil Aviation Authority Congo for 6 years with specific focus on strategic and tactical operations management.
