Mr. Kashemwa Mugisho Thiophile, (Technica and maintenance Director), an Congolese national held degree Aircraft Maintenance Technology. Mr. Kashemwa Mugisho Thiophile has 30 years wide experience in Airline engineering, maintenance and materiel (EM&M) organizations within airline industry ensure the proper maintenance and availability of airliners and all-cargo airplanes, enabling airlines to provide safe passenger and cargo transportation services, proper liaison between airlines and regulatory authorities, and coordination among manufacturers, suppliers, and airlines is facilitated objectives for the quality control of the maintenance of the aircrafts fleets of Services Air. Mr. Kashemwa Mugisho Thiophile qualified and experienced person joined Services Air in January 2009 looking in all services area of Quality control, maintenance organization, technical literature, certification of the quantity of the product at various stages of maintenance/inspection /repair/processing etc.
As Technical and Maintenance Director, He has prepare periodical inspection schedules which shall include routine maintenance of aircraft, aircraft components, items of equipment and special inspections like hard landing, lightening strikes, propellers strike, flight through turbulent weather, foreign object damage, test flight schedules etc. He has been given the responsibility of handling technical purchases including outsource services for Engineering & Maintenance and Ground Support.
